Personal Data Protection Policy
LINAK A/S is responsible for protecting the personal data which you share with us in relation to your job application via the recruitment program supplied by Talentsoft SA.
By sending your application you agree to the terms of the LINAK Privacy Policy.
Who has access to data?
We can share your job application with the employees who are involved in the recruitment process and third parties who are assisting with the process. This also includes recruitment agencies who carry out personality tests or performance tests.
We reserve the right to exchange information across departments and legal units within the LINAK group if need be.
Your personal data may be handled, collected, saved and accessed outside your country of residence and will therefore be governed by the applicable laws in the respective jurisdiction.
How is data protected?
We keep your application files and other information that you have provided us with until the recruitment process is complete and in the following period where your application may be relevant to us, however no more than 12 months. Data storage is made on safe servers in Europe.
If your job application is successful, we will keep your application files and test results in your employee file.
Your rights
You have the right to withdraw your application at any time, and we will promptly delete your personal data from our files and systems.
You have the right to receive information about what data we hold about you and you have the right to have your data erased, corrected or to restrict the processing of your data. In this case, contact the local HR department that is responsible for your application process.

The personal data you have provided us with is accurate and the most complete in your honest opinion. This means that in cases where data is not consistent, it may cause your application to be rejected or disregarded
You approve of your own free will that we are allowed to collect and use your data
